Starting in 2020, Imad worked closely with startups as a financial consultant while simultaneously co-founding and building a technology venture in the tourism sector. During this formative period, he experienced firsthand the realities founders face: raising capital, defending financial assumptions, negotiating partnerships, managing operations, and making decisions under pressure. This dual role—advisor by day, founder by reality—shaped his philosophy permanently.
